Subject to financial results, capital requirements, available cash flow, corporate law requirements and any other factors that our Board may consider relevant, it is the intention of our Board to continue to declare a quarterly dividend on an ongoing basis. We anticipate paying quarterly cash dividends which will be declared and paid in arrears. The quarterly dividend rate of $0.21 per share for the first and second quarter of 2025 was increased to $0.23 per share for the third and fourth quarters of 2025. The amount and timing of the payment of any dividends are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of our Board.
